Non-Refundable

  • Post-Delivery Cancellation: Any refund request after successful delivery
  • Change of Mind: Buyer's remorse or second thoughts

  • Late Requests: Refund requests filed more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Account Abuse: Multiple refund requests, suspicious activity, or policy violations
  • Shared/Resold Credentials: Credentials used, shared, or resold to third parties

  • Credential Security: Any evidence of credential sharing, reselling, or unauthorized use voids all refund eligibility and may result in legal action.
  • Chargeback Consequences: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in permanent account ban and legal pursuit of damages.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Delivery confirmation email constitutes proof of successful delivery. Refund window closes 24 hours after this timestamp.
